St. Ignatius Health Science College staff, faculty and students participated in The 1st Pinoy Nurses Expo 2008 held in SM Megamall, Megatrade Hall 2, last March 8 and 9, 2008. The theme of the event was a tribute to Global Filipino Nurses and participants included nursing review and training centers, POEA licensed recruitment agencies, foreign principals, medical schools, test providers, among others. The 2-day activities included informative seminars on topics such as Nursing and migration to other countries and Strategies for passing the NCLEX, which were attended by the students. The SIHSC crew also won a special prize for the creative and colorful booth that they set up.
